Yes. Enter any angle from -359° to 359° for custom rotation. For non-90° rotations, choose a background fill for the resulting empty corners.
Horizontal flip creates a mirror image (left becomes right). Vertical flip turns the image upside down (top becomes bottom).
For 90°, 180°, and 270° rotations with lossless formats (PNG), there is no quality loss. For JPG, minimal re-compression occurs. Custom angles always involve re-rendering.
